Terms and conditions

1. Rentals Direct Spain will advertise properties in good faith and we expect all
the information and descriptions that the advertiser provides to be accurate.

2. Rentals Direct Spain will take every care to reproduce the text, prices, contact details and photographs provided to us by the advertisers. Rentals Direct Spain will not be held liable for any loss arising out of any error or omission on our part.

3. Rentals Direct Spain may need to make small alterations to the design, layout and photographs provided by you the advertiser, should this be necessary we will not be held liable for any loss arising from such alterations.

COPYRIGHT

4. The advertisers must make sure they have the right to reproduce any photographs or digital images that are supplied to us for advertising. The advertiser agrees to indemnify Rentals Direct Spain against all claims or costs arising out of any infringement of copyright laws.

5. All digital images that are produced by Rentals Direct Spain are the property of Rentals Direct Spain and shall not be reproduced without our permission.

LIABILITY

6.  Rentals Direct Spain will not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred including consequential losses such as lost income, in connection with advertising on Rentals Direct Spain.

CHANGING PROPERTIES

7. Each advert has its own unique reference number. Advertisers are not permitted to change the text or photos of their advert; you must submit a new advert for a different property.

8. Only one accommodation unit my be advertised at one time in any one advertisement.

Refusal, Termination or Withdrawal of Advertising

9. Rentals Direct Spain reserves the right to refuse to accept any advertisement submitted. All monies received by us for the advertisement will be refunded. Under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by Rentals Direct Spain for any loss or damage incurred in submitting the advertisement.

10. Should Rentals Direct Spain receive a complaint about a property, we reserve the right to remove that property from our website without notice, if in our opinion the complaint is substantiated. No compensation will be paid by Rentals Direct Spain for any loss or damage occurred.

11. The advertiser may withdraw their advertisement from Rentals Direct Spain website at any time – please notify us in writing. Should the advertiser wish to reinstate their advert they may do so as long as it is in the period of advertising purchased.

Enquiry Forms

12. Rentals Direct Spain monitor the use of our enquiry forms and reserve the right to suppress any emails which we might think are not genuine booking enquiries.

13. Rentals Direct Spain will endeavour to approve new advertisements, and approve changes to existing advertisements as quickly as we possibly can. We do not have control over the number of changes we receive at any time so we are unable to guarantee response times.

14. Rentals Direct Spain will endeavour to ensure that the website is available on the internet at all times. However we can not guarantee 100% availability
